Directors
Andrew and Brian met in 2001 whilst working together at the Mortgage Advice Network in Edinburgh. They Immediately formed a strong working relationship and took the decision to open their own mortgage business in 2002. Following years of success, they realised an opportunity for expansion into property sales and AB Properties opened its doors for business in 2007. They have built the brand on a solid foundation of hard work, integrity and, above all, delivering excellent customer service. Owing to this, AB Properties has earned a well-respected name within the industry.
Diane Parry
Estate Agent
After Graduating from Strathclyde University with a Bsc (Hon) in Mathematics, Diane spent a short time travelling before taking up her position within AB Properties as office manager in 2009. Having gained an extensive knowledge of the property sales industry, Diane is a highly experienced valuer, and excellent sales negotiator. Her strong work ethic, attention to detail and organisational skills have allowed her to build solid client relationships over the years, making her an invaluable and trusted member of the team.

With a background in the Construction Industry Tracy has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in delivering first class customer service while working within her family's building supplies business. A friendly and enthusiastic member of the team Tracy has continued to forge strong customer relations since joining AB Properties in 2016. Tracy's clients benefit from an honest uncomplicated approach. This coupled with her detailed knowledge of the house buying and selling process equates to her clients feeling they are in safe hands. She has demonstrated on a daily basis her willingness to go the extra mile in delivering excellent customer service and takes great satisfaction in delivering fantastic results when negotiating house sales.

Sales Negotiator and Marketing
Having gained experience as a property assistant within a sales and lettings agency, Kari quickly realised that her true passion was within property sales and took the opportunity to join AB Properties as senior sales negotiator in 2018. With a friendly and professional approach, Kari is highly motivated and works tirelessly to ensure amazing results. She has earned a respected position within the team, and this is evident from the high level of positive feedback received from clients.
